North Arlington Planning Board Approves 30 New Apartments On Ridge Road

NORTH ARLINGTON, N.J. -- The North Arlington Planning Board approved the construction of 30 new apartments at the old Ridge Lumber site on Ridge Road, according to NorthJersey.com.

New apartments will replace the previous business.

Woodcrest Properties LLC purchased the property months ago and will begin development on the upscale apartments along with 28 parking spaces, NorthJersey.com reported.
