One campaign for the tenants -- Olga, her husband Rafal and their 6-year-old son Borys -- had raised more than $8,000 as of Thursday afternoon.
The other had raised $2,800 for the homeowners, one of which was transported to the hospital along with a firefighter with burns.
"My partner spent the last couple months renovating," said homeowner Ewa Szydlo, "so me and our baby girl can live happily and now all there is.
"While emergencies and accidents are bound to happen, we would've never expected that something this tragic would've happen to us."
