"Star Wars: The Force Awakens" (PG-13) will be screened at 8 p.m. outside the Lyndhurst Police Emergency Squad, 297 Delafield Ave.
"Three decades after the defeat of the Galactic Empire, a new threat arises," according to IMDB. "The First Order attempts to rule the galaxy and only a ragtag group of heroes can stop them, along with the help of the Resistance."
Free popcorn will be given out. Other concessions will be sold to support the cost of the movie licensing fees.
There will be a bounce house and karaoke starting at 6:30 p.m.
This is the third film the Lyndhurst Police Emergency Squad screened this summer, after "Minions" (July 28) and "Inside Out" (Aug. 11).
