Free Aquacize Class, Demonstration Offered At Lyndhurst Community Pool

LYNDHURST, N.J. -- A free adult aquacize class and demonstration will be held at the Lyndhurst Community Pool on Wednesday, May 25, from 11 a.m. to noon.

The class will be led by certified aquatics instructor MaryLee Highton.

Regular weekly sessions are held on Mondays and Wednesdays at 11 a.m.
