Community Is Welcome To Learn How To Beat Back Pain In North Arlington

NORTH ARLINGTON, N.J. -- Deal with bad backs at the North Arlington Health Department's free "Lunch & Learn" program on Thursday, on Thursday, Oct. 6.

“Oh, My Aching Back: Beat Back Pain” takes place at the health department in North Arlington with Dawn Bibbo, MSN, RN, ONC.

“Oh, My Aching Back: Beat Back Pain” takes place at the health department at noon with Dawn Bibbo, MSN, RN, ONC, and Manager of Bariatric and Orthopedic Services at Clara Maass Medical Center.

Bibbo will help people who suffer from chronic back pain and discuss common back injuries, causes, treatment options and the most effective approaches to strengthening and conditioning your back. 

She also will discuss ways to manage back pain. A light lunch will be served.

This discussion is open to surrounding communities. Registration is required; call the North Arlington Health Department at 201-955-5695.
