Parts of Eagle Street, Park Avenue, Hendel Avenue, Second Street, Bathurst Avenue, Allen Drive, Fourth Street and Lorrigane Place will be repaved.
The roads were identified as being in the most dire need of repair after a recent townwide inspection, North Arlington Borough Administrator Steve LoIacono told Daily Voice.
"We have an aggressive program in place to help us get all roads up to par," LoIacono said.
Additional funds to pay for the repairs will come from a New Jersey Department of Transportation grant, he said.
The repairs are expected to begin before the end of April and be completed by mid-May, LoIacono said.
