Lyndhurst Planning Board Settlement At 601 Riverside Avenue

LYNDHURST, N.J. -- The Lyndhurst Planning board agreed to a settlement with developers regarding property at 601 Riverside Ave. on Feb. 3, according to NorthJersey.com.

The settlement with Riverside Plaza Retail Urban Renewal, LLC/Riverside Plaza Residential Urban Renewal LLC will allow a ground-floor employee apartment next to Mickey's Bar and Grill. It also entitles the township to inspect the unit, NorthJersey.com reported.

The agreement means Riverside Plaza Retail Urban Renewal, LLC/Riverside Plaza Residential Urban Renewal LLC will drop a pending lawsuit against the township, NorthJersey.com said.
