The incident occurred following a dispute at Summit Avenue and Magnolia Avenue, Kimberly Wallace-Scalfione, a spokeswoman for the mayor's office said. The woman, a 25-year-old resident of The Bronx, was also possibly sexually assaulted after meeting with a man known to her, Wallace-Scalfione said.
The woman is being treated for non-life threatening injuries and the investigation is ongoing, Wallace-Scalfione said.
It appears the incident stemmed from a dispute and possible sexual assault after the 25 year old female victim from the Bronx met with a male known to her. The actor allegedly pushed the victim out of the vehicle and fled the scene. The victim is being treated for non-life threatening injuries. The investigation is ongoing.
