ICE Arrests Dozens Of Fugitives In N.J, Elsewhere For Human Rights Violations Nearly 40 fugitives from several countries were arrested across the United States last month, including in the Newark and New York areas, Immigration and Customs Enforcement said Thursday.  The roundup resulted in the arrests of 30 men and nine women wanted for human-rights violations, the agency said.
