Eatery Specializing In Taiwanese Cuisine Opens At Newport In Jersey City A new restaurant has just opened in Jersey City's Newport Centre mall, the mall's management announced in a statement.  Bao by Kaya will specialize in Taiwanese food, including Gua Bao, a popular dish consisting of steamed buns filled with different types of meat.
