Tracking Device Foils Hoboken Bank Robber A 24-year old man was arrested and charged with robbing a bank in Hoboken, after police were able to use a tracking device attached to his loot.  Hoboken police allege Jamil Deacon, a Hoboken resident, passed a note to bank tellers at the Santander Bank demanding $40,000 be handed to him and verbally threatened to shoot them if they did not comply. The suspect made off with $1,100, police said.  The money was equipped with a tracking device, allowing police to quickly track down Deacon at Second and Bloomfield Streets, where he was promptly apprehended, police said.  As…
