Bayonne Man Charged In Jersey City Sexual Assault
The Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office has charged a Bayonne man with a sexual assault that occurred June 29 in Jersey City, one of a spate of assaults reported in the city over the course of just a few days. Police were called to a Jersey City home shortly before 9 a.m. where a woman told them she had been sexually assaulted by a man who offered her a ride from Hoboken. The assault took place in Jersey City, she told police. Luis Burgos-Santos, 28, was arrested Tuesday following an investigation by the prosecutor’s Special Victims Unit.
