Fentanyl Dealer's Own Carelessness In Jersey City Hotel Gets Him 16 Years In Federal Prison A 45-year-old Jersey City man was recently sentenced to 16 years in prison for drug distribution and weapons offenses after he left two guns behind in a hotel room, authorities said. Jabar Evans was convicted last October of unlawful possession of a firearm, possession with intent to distribute controlled substances and possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime, US Attorney Philip Sellinger said.
