Curry Restaurant Chain Coming To Hoboken, Newark Curry Up Now, a fast-casual restaurant serving up the spicy south Indian staple with unique fusion-cuisine twists, is opening its newest New Jersey location in Hoboken before the end of the year, and there’s plans for a Newark location to open not long after that, spokespeople for the chain said in a statement.
