The Boil serves crab, lobster, crawfish, shrimp and more sourced directly from New Orleans. New Cajun Seafood Chain Coming To Hudson, Bergen, Union Counties A restaurant chain specializing in seafood with a Cajun twist plans to open locations across North Jersey over the coming months, the company said.  Hook & Reel, which has a location in West Orange that opened in April, serves up fresh seafood including king, snow, blue and dungeness crab, as well as lobster tail, shrimp and New Zealand mussels (among other items).
