Man Exposed Himself To Passing Vehicle In Secaucus: Police

A Secaucus man has been charged after he exposed himself to a passing vehicle Wednesday, police said.

Sergio Mendez, 47, was near the Maple Street ramp to Paterson Plank Road around 1:10 p.m. when police say the incident occurred.

Mendez has been charged with lewdness and endangering the welfare of a child. He was issued a summons and released pending a court appearance.
