Traffic software company INRIX expects travel times to popular destinations, like the Jersey Shore, to double this year, Curbed said.
INRIX expects peak rush hour out of the New York Metro Area to come between 3 and 4 p.m., so you still have a chance to escape.
You still might get used to that back bumper in front of you. Chances are you'll be staring at it for a little while.
