'Sickened By Reports,' Murphy Orders Investigation Of Abuse At Notorious Women's Prison UPDATE: Gov. Phil Murphy appointed a special investigator Wednesday to probe allegations that several inmates were beaten at New Jersey's notorious prison for women.
