Dump Truck Tips In Old Tappan A dump truck keeled over Wednesday afternoon in Old Tappan, dumping a load of dirt at a work site. The driver reportedly was OK after the crash on Orangeburg Road near Dearborn Drive, barely a mile from the Rockland County border. Contractors have been dumping truckloads of fill to level off a residential backyard for nearly a year, neighbors said.
