Prosecutor: Delaware Man, 23, Had Sex Chats, Planned Meeting With 12-Year-Old New Milford Girl
A Delaware man who’d been having sexually explicit online chats with a 12-year-old New Milford girl arranged a meeting with her, said authorities who arrested him before that could happen. A family member interrupted the planned liaison and alerted authorities who arrested Nicholas G. Clark, a 23-year-old package handler from Newark, DE, Acting Bergen County Prosecutor Dennis Calo said Tuesday.
