A 58-year-old Chester County man has been arrested on accusations he raped a 16-year-old girl multiple times a week for over a year, after the girl reported the abuse to authorities, officials announced. The teen girl moved from Georgia, where she lived with her adoptive family, to Michael Richardson's two-bedroom apartment in Spring City in early 2020, District Attorney Deb Ryan said. An 18-year-old Paterson man was charged with the shooting death of an ex-con who himself was wanted for murder, authorities announced Saturday. A man found shot dead in a Paterson gas station parking lot Wednesday became the 23rd victim gunned down in the Silk City this year.
