Multiple Vehicles Destroyed, Damaged In Suspicious Fire At Route 46 Used Car Lot Three vehicles were destroyed and three others damaged in a suspicious predawn fire Sunday at a used car dealership on Route 46 in Lodi. Lodi police arrived at 4:42 a.m. July 30 to find multiple vehicles in flames and the MTF Auction building off Money Street damaged. Firefighters had the blaze doused in under an hour. There was no extension into the building, they said afterward. No injuries were reported. Pre-Dawn Fire Destroys Lodi Home Fire engulfed a home in Lodi overnight. No injuries were reported in the blaze, which apparently was ignited outside the rear of the 2½-story home on Blueridge Road shortly after 4 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 27. Firefighters were forced into an exterior attack as flames quickly spread through the house, collapsing the roof. Lodi House Fire Rekindles UPDATE: Lodi firefighters returned to the scene of an early-morning house blaze after it rekindled a few hours later. No injuries were reported in the Avenue D blaze, which initially broke out just after 5:30 a.m. Monday and was contained to the upper floor.  Lodi firefighters, who were assisted by their colleagues from Hackensack, Saddle Brook and Wallington, returned three hours later to extinguish the rekindled flames.
