A 29-year-old New York resident was arrested on Tuesday, Nov. 14 in Secaucus after a police dog sniffed out large quantities of ecstasy and cocaine on him, authorities said.
At 8:23 p.m., police saw Noah Gregg improperly park his 2009 Acura TL, Secaucus Police Chief Dennis Miller said. The license plate affixed to his vehicle was not on file, Miller said.

An unemployed Nutley man bought 10 vintage cars with the money he made selling cocaine, authorities charged.
Authorities seized the “exotic” vehicles along with nearly $332,000 in cash that Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said Omar Rios, 44, squirreled away in his apartment and a stash house.
They also grabbed 1.7 pounds of cocaine, cutting agents, packaging material and a hydraulic press used to compress cocaine for packaging, the prosecutor said.

Newark Men Sold Guns To Undercover Informants: Feds
Two men from Newark were federally charged with dealing unlicensed firearms, trafficking them across state lines, federal prosecutors announced on Tuesday, Oct. 3.
From July to September of this year, Carlo De Jesus, a 26-year-old Newark resident sold four firearms, including two rifles and a semi-automatic handgun to undercover law enforcement, U.S. Attorney Philip Sellinger said. De Jesus also sold fentanyl and cocaine to law enforcement, Sellinger said.
De Jesus sold the firearms to an undercover agent who said he lived in Connecticut, Sellinger said.

A 50-year-old man who was busted buying drugs from a Little Ferry driver in Paterson fought with Passaic County sheriff's officers before he was subdued, authorities said.
The dealer who sold him the drugs, they said, is an ex-con who had a gun in his car.
Both are now facing serious charges.

A Paterson ex-con was busted with 5,600 Oxycodone pills, an ounce of cocaine and a pound and a half of concentrated pot, authorities announced Tuesday.
City detectives nabbed Niair Lane, 27, with the drugs -- worth more than $115,000 -- on June 7, Officer in Charge Isa Abbassi announced on June 20.
He was carrying 100 pills, and the rest was found at a residence on Chadwick Street, Abbassi said.
