Rapping Sheriff’s Officer Brings Show To Bergen National Nights Out A video-rapping Hudson County sheriff’s officer who uses music to build relationships with community youngsters is booked at two Bergen County National Night Out events on Tuesday, in Fairview and Garfield. Officer Daniel Rivera – better known as “Bookem” – has been mentoring inner-city youth for five years.
