Capitol Riot: Oath Keeper Becomes First To Plead Guilty, Sentence Depends On Cooperation One hundred days after the riot at the U.S. Capitol, a lifetime member of the Oath Keepers who plays in a metal band admitted Friday that he breached the building in a tactical vest and armed with bear repellent.
