Glen Rock High School, at No. 18, ranked highest in New Jersey on the national newspaper's list of America's Most Challenging High Schools -- up from No. 34 last year. Overall, GRHS finished 728th in the country.
Each score was based on "the number of college-level tests given at a school in the previous calendar year divided by the number of graduates that year," the Post reported. "A ratio of 1.000 means the school had as many tests as graduates."
In all, 2,302 high schools across the United States made the cut. New Jersey had 160.
