Detectives filed a delinquency complaint against the youth today, charging him with criminal mischief, Police Chief Benjamin C. Fox said.

Eisenhower Middle School officials reported the damage on Jan. 5.

Police using surveillance video identified their suspect, Fox said.

He was released to his parents pending a hearing in the Family Part of Superior Court in Hackensack.
