His injuries weren’t considered life-threatening, emergency responders said after the Totowa man was taken to Hackensack University Medical Center.

Police said they got the call at 11:30 p.m. after the 2008 Acura MDX driven by Kristen Flynn rammed the 2013 Mercedes on Moonachie Road near Carol Place.

Flynn was charged with DWI and released, Sgt. Thomas Schmidt told CLIFFVIEW PILOT.

Both vehicles were towed.
