An indictment returned by a grand jury in Hackensack accuses Stephanie Diaz of luring the 21-year-old Nutley man to her apartment the day before the big game at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford.

It charges Franklin Noble of East Orange with robbing the victim at gunpoint — along with the second, unidentified co-conspirator.

Police said the pair took cash, along with the man’s keys and cellphone, both of which were recovered at Diaz’s Page Avenue apartment.

Diaz, whom O’Connor said knew the victim for several years, had posted the tickets-for-sale offer on Facebook.

When he arrived, the victim told police, he was met by Noble and then was quickly run up to from behind by the second man, who pressed a gun barrel to the back of his head.

Both robbers then went through his pockets, he said.

The indictment charges Noble with two counts of threatening the victim — one with a deadly weapon during a theft — as well as conspiracy and illegal weapon offenses, including being a convicted felon (drugs, Essex County) in possession of a handgun.

Diaz, meanwhile, is charged with conspiring with Noble and their accomplice to commit the robbery and enticing the victim to her apartment to commit a crime against him.
