The 77-year-old driver of the First Student Charter Bus Services of Englewood bus chartered by Youth Consultation Services rear-ended a 2007 Honda Accord driven by a 60-year-old Paterson woman in the westbound left lane of Broadway at 32nd Street just after 2:30 p.m., Police Sgt. Brian Metzler told CLIFFVIEW PILOT.

The aide was taken to Hackensack University Medical Center, as was the Honda driver, who complained of neck and back injuries, Metzler said.

Three slightly injured teens declined medical attention, he said.

Three ambulances from Fair Lawn and one from Saddle Brook responded along with police.

A woman who answered the phone at the bus service office said she couldn’t comment and then hung up.
