Corey Washington, 32, stole the silver 9mm Smith & Wesson semi automatic during a November 2013 burglary, the eight-count indictment alleges.

It also charges him with possession of the pot and the Ethylone with the intent to distribute both.

Detectives executed a search warrant at his Beaumont Avenue home following a five-week investigation, Teaneck Police Chief Robert Carney said at the time.

Besides the gun and the drugs, he said, investigators found a digital scale and packaging materials.

Washington posted $75,000 bail and was released from the Bergen County Jail a week after his Nov. 7 arrest last year.
