Vincent Lewis, 25, was treated at Hackensack University Medical Center and then turned over to Bergen County sheriff’s officers who charged him with DWI after the 4 a.m. crash outside the Coach House Diner.

“He was found after a search of the area and had a smell of alcohol on his breath,” the sheriff’s Anthony Cureton told CLIFFVIEW PILOT. “He was taken to HUMC, where blood was drawn, and he was then charged.”

The vehicle crashed but didn’t roll over, Cureton said.
