Teacher from Oradell charged with trafficking child porn

YOU READ IT HERE FIRST: A part-time teacher from Oradell was arrested at her home today on charges of trafficking child pornography.

Rachel Permut, 23, was being held on $25,000 bail in the Bergen County Jail, charged with possessing and distributing kiddie porn.

A judge also limited her Internet access to “work, school, religion,” Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli said.

Investigators from Molinelli’s Computer Crimes Unit and Oradell police arrested Permut and executed a search warrant at her Hague Court home today, the prosecutor said.

An arraignment was set for tomorrow in Superior Court in Hackensack.
