SUV hits Hackensack house

YOU SAW IT HERE FIRST: A motorist was taken by ambulance to Hackensack University Medical Center this afternoon after an SUV hit the front and side of a house.

Police were investigating the cause of the crash at South Summit Avenue, while building officials inspected damage to the steps and front corner of the house.

Hackensack Fire Department Engine 4 and Rescue 1 responded, along with HUMC BLS and ALS.
