Aime L. Owens, 36, of Atlantic City eluded authorities who had an arrest warrant charging her with armed robbery, criminal restraint, conspiracy and theft out of Brigantine, Capt. Robert Kaiser said.

A South Hackensack officer who stopped Owens' car on Route 46 around 7 p.m. spotted drug parapernalia, and later found heroin and cocaine, after she gave him several bogus names, Kaiser said.

She was later identified through fingerprints and turned over to Cape May County authorities.
