Brian A. Owens, 54, was released on a summons charging him with drug possession Wednesday after Narcotic Task Force and borough detectives searched his room at the Knights Inn on the westbound highway, Acting Bergen County Prosecutor Gurbir S. Grewal said.
A May 11 arraignment in Central Municipal Court in Hackensack was set.
