If you see Thomas Diana
(5-foot-6, 160 lbs.), dial 911

Thomas A. Bodurka, 44, of Rochelle Park, smashed the front window of the Krauszers convenience store on West Pleasant Avenue with a hammer around 3 a.m. Saturday, then grabbed several scratch-off lottery tickets, ran back to a car he’d parked outside and sped off, Maywood police said.

What he didn’t know, they said, was that the entire incident was videotaped by surveillance cameras.

Police picked up Bodurka at his home, where they said evidence was found linking him to a Dec. 27 smash-and-grab at Another Facet Jewelry Store.

Before long, they had a second suspect — career criminal Thomas J. Diana, 28, of Maywood (pictured above).

An arrest warrant has been issued for Diana, who should be considered dangerous. If you see him or know where he is, police say, dial 911 immediately. DO NOT try to confront him.

Diana (also known as “Goddy Thomas”) has spent more than two years behind bars for a variety of charges and convictions, many involving drugs but also assault, threats and weapons possession.

Bodurka (below) is being held on $10,000 bail at the Bergen County Jail. He is charged with two countsw of burglary, two counts of theft and criminal mischief.
