Robert E. Allan, of Bryant Court, posted $50,000 bail and is free pending grand jury action on two counts of child endangerment, specifically by distributing and possessing kiddie porn, Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli said.
Allan, who is married and unemployed, turned himself in to authorities yesterday after investigators searched his home computer. He had a brief court appearance in Hackensack this morning.
