Detective Sgt. Tim O’Shaughnessy and Detective Paul Donohue stopped the cycle just before 10:30 p.m. on Morlot Avenue at Burke Place.
They arrested the driver, Lee Albert of Fair Lawn, and his passenger, Jessica Kilduff, “when it was determined that narcotics had been purchased for Kilduff in Paterson in exchange for sex,” Sgt. Brian Metzler said.
Kilduff also was carrying drug paraphernalia and had active arrest warrants out of Bergen County and River Vale, he said.
Albert was released after being charged with engaging in prostitution, the sergeant said.
Kilduff was charged with engaging in prostitution and possession of drug paraphernalia and turned over to the Bergen County Sheriff’s Office, he said.
She was being held on $50,000 bail in the Bergen County Jail for the probation violation after being charged earlier this month in River Vale with driving on the suspended list while facing several drug-related charges elsewhere.
In a little more than a year, she’s been charged with drug possession – both in July in South Hackensack and March in Elmwood Park – as well as with receiving stolen property, drug possession and being under the influence of drugs last October in River Vale, records show.
