Alex Castro, 50, was released on $150,000 bail from the Bergen County Jail on 9/11 of last year following his arrest a month earlier.

Authorities initially announced that they charged Castro with having “inappropriate sexual conduct” with the youngster, whom they said he invited to his Teaneck Road home.

The indictment returned by a Bergen County grand jury last week says the boy told authorities that Castro also made him look at porn.

Castro is charged with criminal sexual contact and two counts of child endangerment.
