Port Authority police charged Serena Wolstenholme with eluding police and being under the influence of heroin — and issued her nine summonses for offenses that include DWI (ORIGINAL STORY: Port Authority police pursuit ends when Hasbrouck Heights woman crashes in Leonia, heroin suspected).

She was released without bail but remained today at Hackensack University Medical Center.

PAPD officers tried pulling over Wolstenholme for running a red light on Bruce Reynolds Boulevard just after 4 p.m. Thursday, but she kept going, authorities said.

Her 2009 four-door Civic slammed into the pole on Nordhoff Drive a short time later.
