Police say Maywood man, 41, cornered woman, 18, dropped pants in bedroom

ANOTHER CVP SCOOP: Maywood police arrested a 41-year-old Maywood man after they said he locked himself in a bedroom with an 18-year-old woman and unzipped his pants.

Manuel Yascaribay was still in the house when police arrived just before 9:30 last night, Detective Jason Liaban told CLIFFVIEW PILOT this afternoon.

The woman had managed to get out of the bathroom and call them, he said.

Yascaribay was being held on $7,500 bail in the Bergen County Jail, charged with criminal restraint and attempted lewdness.
