Police Quell Disturbance After Hackensack-Teaneck Basketball Game

HACKENSACK, N.J. -- Police made two arrests while breaking up a brawl Thursday night at Hackensack High School following a boys basketball game against rival Teaneck.

A teenage attendee at Teaneck's 75-65 win refused medical attention and instead went to Hackensack University Medical Center claiming someone pepper-sprayed her.

There were no other reported injuries, authorities said.

Teaneck police provided mutual aid.
