Julio Flores is scheduled to be brought before President Superior Court Judge Liliana DeAvila-Silebi in Hackensack on Feb. 25 to answer charges of disturbing human remains.

Jealous that 28-year-old Jaritza Calderon was seeing other men, Flores killed her in his Bronx apartment on his 32nd birthday in 2008.

He then chopped up her body, drove it in a van to Teaneck and buried the aspiring nurse’s remains in plastic bags in a false wall under a basement staircase in the vacant home.

The 5-foot-6-inch Flores, a Guatemalan immigrant who entered the U.S. illegally, had done construction work at the Ardsley Court site, authorities said.

The homeowners spotted Flores and called Teaneck police, who were questioning him when they discovered he was wanted in connection with Calderon’s disappearance the night before.

Flores quickly confessed, and a Bronx judge sentenced him to 19 years to life in 2010 for what she called “a crime of astonishing brutality.”

Flores was transferred Monday from the maximum-security Sing Sing prison to the Bergen County Jail, where he is being held on a New York State detainer, as well as one from the INS.
