Salvador Flores-Perez, 29, is being held on $300,000 bail, bound by a federal retainer, in the Bergen County Jail.
He was living on Main Street in Hackensack when at least three assaults occurred, Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli said.
Hackensack police, under the direction of Capt. Tomas Padilla, helped bring the case down, Molinelli said.
The defendant, who is married, was arrested earlier today in Hackensack by city police and detectives from Molinelli‘s office, the prosecutor said.
