Colin Harth was last seen around 2 p.m. April 18 when he was dropped off in the area of his home near Essex Street and Maybrook Drive, police said this afternoon.
He is described as 5-foot-8-inches tall, about 185 pounds, with black and gray hair and is missing a front tooth. He also has a lazy right eye (amblyopia) and may be wearing glasses, as well as a khaki jumpsuit.
He requires medication, police said.
All area hospitals are to check their registries and to notify the Maywood Police Department if Harth is located.
