Maywood fugitive sought after police seize 8 pounds of pot, $26,000 cash

HAVE YOU SEEN HIM? Maywood police are hoping the public can help them find a borough man charged in the seizure of 8 pounds of pot, $26,000 in cash and various drug packaging items seized at his home during the arrests of three people, including his father.

Miguel A. Brito, 27, is charged with marijuana possession and money laundering stemming from an Oct. 24 raid on his Stelling Avenue home.

As CLIFFVIEW PILOT originally reported, police arrested Miguel T. Brito, 54, and Altagracia Montilla 50, and took a juvenile into custody during the raid.

They were assisted by federal Homeland Security and DEA agents, as well as a Bergen County regional SWAT team.
