Married Hackensack trucker jailed on underage sex charges

YOU READ IT HERE FIRST: A married trucker from Hackensack was arrested today and charged with having sex with an underage girl.

Nino Vidal, 39, of Ames Street, is being held on $350,000 bail in the Bergen County Jail, charged with aggravated sexual assault and child endangerment.

For the record, Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli said Vidal had “inappropriate sexual conduct with a juvenile female acquaintance,” leading to the severe charge.

Authorities moved quickly after the girl went to city police, the prosecutor said.

Vidal is scheduled for a first court appearance tomorrow in Hackensack.
