Trimell L. Dunbar, 21, was being held on $20,000 bail, charged with drug possession.
Acting Bergen County Prosecutor Gurbir S. Grewal said investigators approached him as he sat in a car in the parking lot of the Ramada Hotel on West Passaic Street on Monday and found the drugs.
The arrest was made possible by work by the prosecutor's Narcotic Task Force and the Rochelle Park Police Department.
