Akram G. Tadros, 39, was arrested two weeks after the alleged early January incident by members of the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit and Paramus police.

The woman told police that he “forcibly engaged her in sexual activity in [her] vehicle,” county Prosecutor John L. Molinelli said at the time.

The car was parked behind a Route 17 business, he said.

Tadros, who is married, was released on $200,000 bail from the Bergen County Jail on Jan, 23, eleven days after his arrest.

He is charged with digital penetration by force, restraint and two counts of sexual assault.
